Casa Perelli is located in a small quiet residential area with a shared garden and a playground as well as public parking lots, in Caramagna – a district of Imperia Porto Maurizio. Because of the good location you can walk to the sea, go shopping or go out to eat deliciously in approx. 20 min. On Mondays and Thursdays the popular weekly market takes place in the old town district near the cathedral, which you can also reach comfortably on foot. In addition, the old town district beckons temptingly for romantic walks, e.g. on the Paraiso with a wonderful view of the sea. The vacation apartment offers room for up to 2 people and has a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a living room with an American kitchen and a dishwasher, as well as a separate dining area and a bathroom with a shower. You can comfortably enjoy a good glass of wine with a partner on one of the two terraces in the evening.

Imperia, quatrième ville de la Ligurie, est devenue une commune autonome en 1923 suite à l'union d'Oneglia et de Porto Maurizio, deux bourgs de la Riviera di Ponente séparés par l'estuaire du fleuve Impero. Les deux villages restent séparés malgré l'unification administrative et le développement urbain. Porto Maurizio fut un allié de Gênes dès le XIIIe siècle, tandis qu'Oneglia, située sur la débouchée de la vallée Impero sur la mer, fut liée à la famille Savoia dès 1576.

Le bourg d'Oneglia fut fondé au Moyen Âge. On conseille de visiter le palais Doria où naquit Andrea Doria, et l'église de San Giovanni Battista. Le bourg de Porto Maurizio, situé sur un promontoire, se développa après l'an 1000: la partie la plus ancienne est appelée Parasio. On conseille de visiter la cathédrale et les palais historiques.

Caramagna est une petite localite avant Imperia, grace a sa stuation centrale, on peut facilement joindre l'arriere pays ou la cote.
